Shipping Options

We offer USPS, UPS and FedEx shipping options at checkout.

All shipping options are selectable by the customer. To view shipping servies and rates for your order, simply go the Cart, enter your address, and they will be calculated and displayed.

We ship to the US and most international countries.

Handling Time

All orders ship within 1 business day of the order being placed. In rare cases, it may take up to 2 business days. This applies to both US and international orders.

Ground Advantage – 2-5 business days delivery.

UPS Services

Ground – 2-5 business days delivery.
3-Day – 3 business days delivery.
2-Day – 2 business days delivery.
Next Day Air – 1 business day delivery.

FedEx Services

Ground – 2-5 business days delivery.
2-Day – 2 business days delivery.
Overnight – 1 business day delivery.

International Shipping Services

All shipping times are given as an average.

USPS Services

First Class Package – 7-21 business days delivery.

UPS Services

Worldwide Saver – 2-5 business days delivery.

FedEx Services

International Connect – 3-10 business days delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Fantasy North will refund or replace orders that are lost or damaged. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

Cart must only contain products with free shipping at time of checkout to qualify.

Quality Guaranteed

If you notice damage or defect to a product within 30-days of receiving it, contact us. We offer refunds or replacements in full for units that arrive damaged or defective.

If you notice damage or defect to a product within 30-days of receiving it, contact us via our support page. We will replace or refund any damaged or defective units.

All refund/return requests must be made with 30 days of receiving the product(s).
We will not refund or replace products that have damage or defect caused by a customer’s use of the product.
We will not refund or replace products that have signs of use.
All refunds and replacements are made at the sole discretion of Fantasy North.

If you’re not happy with your purchase because of damage, defect, or issues with quality or durability, reach out to us within seven days of product delivery, provide us with and we’ll either replace or refund your product. Your satisfaction really is our number one priority!
